The Dorothy Hull Library, Windsor Charter Township offers library services to all residents.

What We Offer

The library holds a variety of materials for all ages, including books, audiobooks, movies, and magazines. We offer eBooks and eAudiobooks, provided through Overdrive.

We loan out Eaton County Park passes and Potter Park Zoo passes.

We participate in MeLCat, which gives our patrons access to materials from libraries throughout the state through interlibrary loan.

Any physical materials can be delivered to elderly or homebound patrons for no charge (please contact the library to sign up for this service.)

We have subscriptions to several databases for patron use, including Ancestry Library Edition, Tutor.com, and Consumer Reports. Check our "eShelf & Research" page for more.

Other Services

  • Four computers are available for public use.
  • Wifi hotspots are available for checkout.
  • Fax Machine ($0.20 per page to receive, $1.00 per page to send) Staff must fax all materials and patron confidentiality and privacy will be maintained.
  • Printing and copying ($0.20 per page single sided, $0.40 per page double sided). Wireless printing is available (from your device to our printer using library wifi).
  • Scan to email (no charge)
  • Notary services are available during open hours. There is no charge for notary services.
  • Test proctoring is available by advance appointment during open hours by contacting the library.

The Copyright Law of 1976 (United States Code, Title 17) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
